LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man died at the hospital Thursday morning after a crash on Dixie Highway in Pleasure Ridge Park.
Louisville Metro Police responded to the crash at Trent Avenue, near Wawa, around 7:42 a.m., department spokesperson Dwight Mitchell said.
Investigators with LMPD's Traffic Unit believe a pickup truck rear-ended a utility bucket truck while headed southbound on Dixie.
Mitchell said the driver of the pickup was taken to University of Louisville Hospital where he died of his injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
