LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The first First Watch restaurant has opened in Louisville.
It's on the corner of S. Hurstbourne Parkway and Shelbyville Road.
Customers can choose from breakfast, brunch and lunch options.
First Watch touts its food as "made-to-order," promising no heat lamps or deep fryers.
The new location is part of a deal that will bring seven of the restaurants to Louisville and Lexington. The owners have already opened three Lexington restaurants since Sept. 2012.
