LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- As of Jan. 1, Greg Creed, the former Taco Bell CEO, became the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Board for Louisville-based Yum! Brands. He replaced long-time CEO David Novak, who stepped down to become executive chairman.
Creed has been with the company for 20 years, and is known for a "people-focused" approach. He's credited with Taco Bell's "Think Outside the Bun" campaign.
The company's brands include Taco Bell, KFC and Pizza Hut.
