LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Hardin County residents can now send a text to report things like potholes and missed trash pickups.

The county recently launched the "TextMyGov" 24/7 to request help for non-emergency issues like lost animals. Residents can also send photos of the problem they're reporting.

To send a report, just text the word REPORT to 270-951-0951. A message will be sent back that will help send the report to the right place.
