LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Horseshoe Southern Indiana is looking for a few good dealers.
It what it calls a "rare opportunity," the casino has announced that it is opening its dealer school to the public. Horseshoe Southern Indiana is seeking 300 applicants, only 80 of whom will be accepted into the program.
The deadline to apply for the dealer school is Oct. 1.

According to a news release, the school teaches applicants to become professional dealers in seven weeks. Once completing the program -- which is free -- graduates could be dealing games like Texas Hold 'Em, Blackjack and 3-Card Poker.
The seven-week program includes four-hour training sessions Monday-Thursday. Sessions are offered three times per day to accommodate students' busy schedules.
Candidates must pass a math assessment and several rounds of interviews. Graduates must pass an audition at the end of the school term for consideration for a job.
