LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Indianapolis coffee shop works to provide opportunities for those with disabilities.
The mission at God's Embrace Coffee Shop is to show the community that there's room for everyone to contribute their talents to the world.
The owner said disabilities aren't about limitations.
"Having a disability isn't a bad thing, they're just abled in a different way and they see life in a different way and they're much happier people," owner Colleen Simon said.
The space is designed to meet them where they are providing pictures for those who can't read.
The business helps the employees thrive by giving them patience, time and a whole lot of love. All of the proceeds go toward a future community for people with disabilities.
