LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A southern Indiana man is behind bars accused of breaking into an elderly man's home and beating him.
William Vest appeared in a Floyd County courtroom this afternoon.
He's charged with burglary resulting in bodily injury.
Police say he broke into the 92 year old's Floyd County home, hit him on the head, threatened to kill him and stole two shotguns.
The victim told police that Vest had lived with him for three months, but he had kicked him out.
Vest remains behind bars on $200,000 bond.
