LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Indiana man has been arrested for reckless homicide 10 months after a deadly crash.

Investigators say Austin Porter was on meth and several prescription drugs when he rolled his car.

The crash happened in February on I-265 in Sellersburg.

Porter and another man were thrown from the car. The passenger died at the hospital.

An 11-month-old was also in Porter's car, but was not hurt.
