LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) - "Just as determined as day one." That has become the motto for the parents of missing IU student, Lauren Spierer, as they vow to never give up searching for her. June 3rd marks two years since the college student disappeared.

Those have been two excruciating years for Lauren's family and friends, who still have no answers. Her mother will not accept that she simply vanished into thin air. "I can hear her voice," said Charlene Spierer, with tears, "such a loving girl."

The IU fashion merchandising major had just completed her sophomore year and was last seen walking home alone after a night out drinking with friends. Lauren's parents have been very active in her search, especially on social media. That is where numerous articles have been tweeted, of Charlene Spierer urging the men Lauren was believed to have last been with--to come forward with information.

Her parents have told WDRB over the last two years, they are just waiting for something to turn up. "I know for a fact that the police would like to speak with these young men and they continue to refuse to speak with the Bloomington Police Department," said Spierer.

All three students maintain their innocence and claim they had nothing to do with her disappearance In fact, one of the men, Corey Rossman, recently said in the Journal News of New York that he had nothing to do with Spierer's disappearance, and that her parents were harassing him. He saysĀ  if he had done anything wrong, police would have arrested him already.

Her parents have told WDRB over the last two years, they are just waiting for something to turn up.

Father's Day is once again approaching. WDRB spoke to Lauren's father two years ago as the painful holiday was around the corner. "My greatest wish for Father's Day is to get information that will help us find Lauren and bring her home," Robert Spierer said. "That's what we care about, that's why we're here, that's what's motivating us every day."

Bloomington police continue to actively investigate the case, but no arrests have been made to date -- and several leads have been dead ends. The department has received more than 3,000 tips about the case.

More than 150 of those tips came in this year. A $250,000 reward is being offered for any information leading to Spierer's whereabouts.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Bloomington Police Department.
