LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Josh Young is in trouble with the law again.

Young was cited for shoplifting on Oct. 19 after police say loss prevention officers at the Walmart on Cedar Springs Blvd. observed him trying to "conceal $14.71 worth of merchandise and try to leave the store."

In 2013, Young was acquitted of murdering his stepbrother, Trey Zwicker, but spent time behind bars for assault and wanton endangerment charges. He was released from jail earlier this month.

There's no word yet on when he is due in court on the shoplifting charge.
