Jury selection continues in David Camm case

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Individual questioning of prospective jurors in the third David Camm murder trial continued on Monday.

As of mid-morning, four more people had been cleared for further questioning. Two others were rejected, one because she had performed online research about the case, against the judge's explicit instructions.

WDRB Executive Web Producer Travis Kircher says the judge was "not happy" about the juror's actions. She said she did the research out of curiosity.

Opening statements in the Camm case are expected to begin Thursday.

Camm is accused of killing his wife and two children in the garage of their Georgetown home in September of 2000. Both convictions have been overturned, and during the second trial Charles Boney was also named as a suspect and eventually convicted.
