LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A 13-year-old was identified Monday after a car crashed into three teen girls in Shively.
According to Shively Police Sgt. Jordan Brown, officers responded at 4:30 p.m. Saturday to a crash in the 3900 block of Dixie Highway. It happened near a Speedway between Park Road and Leroy Avenue.
Police said a car crashed into three teen girls. The girl who died was identified by the Jefferson County Coroner's Office as Muna Sheiku.
The two other victims were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation. Police have not said whether any arrests have been made in connection with the crash.
