LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Kentucky soldier was hurt in the same drone attack that killed three U.S. soldiers in Jordan on Jan. 28.
A Kentucky National Guard spokesperson confirmed the Kentucky soldier was part of the 138th Field Artillery Brigade based in Lexington.
The military has not yet released the soldier's name, but said he suffered a concussion in the drone attack. He has since returned to duty.
According to reports, three soldiers died and 40 others were hurt in the attack.
The White House blamed Iran for the enemy drone.
