LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Kentucky State Police are searching for a missing 28-year-old woman from Kenton County.
According to KSP, Joy D. Arns was last seen on Dec. 25, 2023. She is a white female with blonde hair below her shoulders, 5'4" and around 160 pounds.
Arns has a fair complexion and tattoos. She has stars and bird tattoos on her chest and the name "Zander" on the right or left foot.
Police said Arns was last seen at Hathaway Court Apartments with her family. She left in a gold 2003 Honda Accord. Police said no foul play is suspected at this time.
