LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Piece by piece, animals are coming to life at the Louisville Zoo.

A new exhibit, called Nature Connects: the Plight of Endangered Wildlife, is made of LEGO bricks.

The exhibit is meant to spotlight endangered animals with larger-than-life sculptures of them -- made from nearly 250,000 LEGO bricks.

The exhibit won't officially be at the Louisville Zoo until Spring 2018, but you can get a sneak peek starting April 14.

A couple sculptures will be featured at the Zoo's Party for the Planet.

The artist who created the LEGO displays is the same one who did last year's Nature Connects exhibit.
