LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- An Indiana man is recovering after he was shot in Bartholomew County.
It happened Wednesday around 10:30 p.m. when Columbus Police were called to a robbery. Columbus is about 45 miles south of Indianapolis.
When officers got to the scene in the 1900 block of Pinebrooke Court, they found a man who had been shot. Officers rendered aid until EMS took the man to the hospital.
Columbus Police said in a news release the man was in critical condition.
Officers found the gun they think was used in the shooting, and detained and questioned a man they believed shot the gun. That man was later released.
