LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Louisville police said a man critically injured in a crash on the Gene Snyder Freeway last week died four days later.

The crash involving a semi tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle happened Thursday morning on Interstate 265 north between Westport and Brownsboro roads.

The Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the man Tuesday as 77-year-old Harla Dwayne Cutshall. He died from his injuries Monday at UofL Health Hospital in downtown Louisville.

A second person in the car was also taken to the hospital, but the extent of that person's injuries were not released.

The driver of the semi was not injured.

The LMPD Traffic Unit is handling the investigation.
