LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Two grieving mothers are still looking for answers, two years after their sons were murdered.Â
"This is something that you never get over. You have to learn and cope with new everyday life without your child. And it's hard. It's hard to get up in the morning and put a smile on your face," Sue-Lin Davis said.Â
18-year-old Cameron Pugh and 22-year-old Larry Brewer were shot and killed in the Shelby Park neighborhood two years ago.
The deadly shootings happened in Aug. 2016 on South Hancock Street near Kentucky and St. Catherine Streets.Â
Two years after their murders, their mothers are pleading for any information that could help solve these cases.Â
"We want justice. We want to know why, who, what, because Cameron and Larry had a lot of friends. A lot of people loved them. I mean, this was their neighborhood. They grew up here," Angela Williams said.Â
After two years, LMPD's Cold Case squad typically takes over the investigation.
