LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- If you love fast, casual Mexican food and the Highlands, we have some great news for you.
A new Chipotle Mexican Grill is just about ready to open on Bardstown Road.
Chipotle tore down an Arby's there, building its third Louisville location. It's set to open a week from Thursday.
Its other two locations are downtown on Fourth Street and Westport Road in the Springhurst shopping center.
