LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A new playground in Louisville is meant to include children of all abilities.
It was dedicated at Petersburg Park in the Newburg neighborhood this morning.
It was built through a partnership between Metro Parks and the Dream Foundation, which helps children with physical disabilities.
Amy O'Bannon and her son tested out the new playground today.
"It makes me feel like he's a part of the group. It makes me feel like he can enjoy what the other kids are doing and not feel like he's different. It feels like he's the same as other kids," says O'Bannon.
This is the fourth such playground in Louisville that was developed in partnership with the Dream Foundation of Kentucky.
