LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- LMPD has arrested a suspect in connection with a homicide at Dosker Manor public housing in downtown Louisville.
The victim was identified as 61-year-old Orvill Avis -- the cause of death was several stab wounds.
Now 68-year-old James Seay has been arrested in connection with that death.
Police say a relative found Avis inside the sixth floor apartment Thursday evening.
