LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Steve Martin, Quentin Tarantino, and Matt Damon are all members of a high IQ society called MENSA.
Now, a Crestwood, Kentucky girl has joined their ranks and getting her name in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Isla McNabb is a normal 4-year-old girl. She loves playing with toys, her piano and her cat named Booger.
She also loves Taylor Swift and Christmas. But, her intelligence is far from typical.
Isla is in MENSA and has been since she was 2-years-old! MENSA is a non-profit organization for people who score in the top 2 percent on an IQ test.
Her dad, Jason McNabb is pretty proud. "She's got a big personality." He explained that Isla's aunt gave her a writing tablet for her second birthday.
"We started writing down simple words, and she read them easily and it just exploded from there," he said.

At just 2-years-old, Isla was reading well over 500 words. So her parents had her take an IQ test. Isla scored in the 99th percentile for her age.
"She's a regular 4-year-old that has a vast amount of knowledge," Isla's mother, Amanda McNabb said.
But it's definitely not regular for a 2-year-old to join MENSA. Isla will even tell you that she holds a Guinness World Record. In fact, Isla was named to the 2024 Guinness Book for being the youngest MENSA member.
"She gets a kick out of seeing herself in the book," Jason said.
Isla's mom and dad enrolled her in MENSA to learn from parents of other gifted children.
"We want to make sure we are giving her all the right things she needs," Jason McNabb said.
Isla is currently in preschool which she said is "easy." But her parents said raising a child well beyond her years has its challenges.
"She thinks she's on the same level as an adult," Jason said. She surprised him during the WDRB interview by telling her dad she has a boyfriend!
Her parents hope to enroll her in some sort of gifted program.
Isla is already looking to her future. "Yes, I do have big plans." She said she wants to be an "astronaut and a nurse to take care of babies."
