LOUISVILLE, Ky (WDRB) -- Dozens of high school students from around the Kentucky gathered around the 18-story atrium at Louisville's downtown Hyatt Regency to sing the National Anthem.
The sound of all those young voices coming together is an annual tradition during the Kentucky Music Educators convention in Louisville. Many of the students are in the All-State High School choirs.
Each night before the 11 p.m. curfew, the students gather on their balconies to sing the "Star-Spangled Banner." The acoustics of the hotel atrium amplify the voices that resonate inside the building.
The tradition will continue on Thursday night. Â
