Red Cross asking for donations in face of emergency blood shortage

The Holiday Hero Blood Drive is being held at Churchill Downs on July 10, 11 and 12.
Donations will be on the 6th floor at Millionaire's Row from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.
The nation is experiencing a critical blood shortage, especially Type O donors.Â
