LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A semi-truck crashed Thursday approaching the Lincoln Bridge in downtown Louisville, ending with its front wheels dangling over Spaghetti Junction.
The ramp from Interstate 64 West/Interstate 71 South to Interstate 65 North was closed as crews worked to clear the truck.
