LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- The teen charged with his step-brother's murder is getting ready to go to trial. 16-year-old Joshua Young is accused of murdering his step-brother Trey Zwicker behind Liberty High School last May.
According to court documents and family members, Young beat him to death.
Young is staying in a Jefferson County Juvenile Detention Center, but his attorneys want to move him to a group home for troubled teens.
Young's trial is set for October.
