LOUISVILLE, KY. (WDRB) -- Time Warner Cable has taken over from Insight as the Louisville area's provider of cable, phone, and Internet services.

That adds more than 760,000 customers for Time Warner in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana. 

The company says for most former Insight customers it will be "business as usual."  Time Warner says it intends to make a gradual transition as it introduces new products and services.
