LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- A rollover accident on I-65 shut down the southbound lanes Saturday afternoon but it has since reopened, according to MetroSafe.Â
The accident happened on the overpass over Crittenden Drive. Traffic was being diverted off I-65 south at Crittenden Drive, while northbound traffic was reduced to one lane to allow fire trucks to assist with the cleanup of the accident.
MetroSafe says fire crews were dispatched to clean diesel fuel off the highway near where the accident happened.Â
At least one person has been taken to the hospital, but the extent of injuries were unknown.Â
