LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Shively Police said 7th Street Road, between Arcade Avenue and Wathen Lane, has reopened after to a large gas main break Thursday evening.
Around 6 p.m., police said LG&E crews had been working to fix the problem for about an hour.
Just before 6:30 p.m., police said the road had reopened, but warned of possible partial lane closures as repairs are finished. Drivers are encouraged to use caution when driving through the area.
