LDG Development eyes former Bank of Louisville building

The 11-story building, which is vacant except for cellular equipment on the roof, fell into foreclosure in February and is now managed by a receiver after the building’s insurance and utilities were set to lapse in April, according to Jefferson Circuit Court records.
