LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- The woman accused of plotting to have a hitman kill her husband faced a judge Friday morning.

34-year-old Elizabeth Stakelbeck allegedly tried to hire an undercover FBI agent to kill her ex-husband and his current wife and threatened the life of their own child.

An attorney entered pleas of not guilty.  The judge set bond at $250,000 full cash.  He also ordered her to have no contact with her child, her ex, or his new wife.

She's charged with solicitation to murder and trafficking in a controlled substance.
