U.S. Rep. John Yarmuth said he is standing by his controversial comments about the weekend confrontation involving Kentucky students in Washington, D.C.

The video shows a student in an apparent confrontation with a Native American organizer of a march at the Lincoln Memorial.

A northern Kentucky bishop has apologized for his diocese's reaction to a videotaped encounter last week at the Lincoln Memorial between a group of high school students and Native American marchers.
