LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Westport Village in east Louisville now has new owners. 

That's according to our partners at Louisville Business First, who are reporting that the popular shopping destination has been acquired by RCC Westport Village LLC. The purchase price of $39 million is listed on a deed filed with the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office.

The 169,515-square-foot shopping center houses several restaurants and retailers.

It's unknown if the new owners are planning any upgrades or renovations. 

Westport Village is located on more than 13 acres at 1315 Herr Lane, near the intersection of Westport Road and Herr Lane.
