The group, which would oversee spending revenue from a tax increment financing district in western Louisville, had until June 30 to secure $10 million in private funds and trigger a state contribution of $10 million.Â
The Louisville civil rights league claims the group overseeing a tax increment financing district has tried to remove its representative from the West End board.
