To improve the flyer experience, Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport is undergoing a $1 billion renovation. That's fine and necessary, but there are at least two things they can do right now that adds no expense, that could improve flier experience immeasurably.
First, don't make planes wait on the tarmac because the airport didn't have ground crew on duty at the gate. Second, have baggage handlers ready and don't make people wait 45 minutes to an hour for their bags to come out.
Here's what our viewers had to say:
"Bill Lamb crushed it. Baggage is such an issue on late flights."
"Metro government and the state need to back continued and improved service at SDF. Otherwise, you won't have to worry about getting your bags at all because there won't be any airlines left. We'll all be driving more than 90 minutes to catch a flight in Cincinnati or a surrounding city."
