LMPD arrested three people after unruly crowds spilled onto Bardstown Road early Sunday morning, for the second weekend in a row.
Two weekends in a row, large crowds gathered along the busy entertainment corridor — blocking traffic, dancing on cars and, in one case, leading to arrests.
The response comes after last weekend’s unrest, when a crowd swelled into the street, sparking multiple fights.Â
