When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a two-story vacant building on fire.

Around 4:11 a.m., firefighters were called to the 3700 block of Marlin Drive, off Watterson Trail. 

Arson investigators determined that the fire was set by the woman on purpose.

Grant Grainger, 25, is being held at Louisville Metro Corrections on a $25,000 cash bond.
