Matthew Campbell had a big turnout for his birthday party at StoryPoint Middletown senior living community on Thursday.

The family of 10-year-old Carter Willett told him the news on Wednesday that his cancer is in remission.

Carter Willett was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a type of bone cancer, in the fall of 2018.
