Police said 32-year-old Michael Hunt told investigators "he had a job to take both females out and that he had shot both victims in the head."

Michael Hunt, 32, of Shelbyville, was arrested and charged with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder. 

The Shelby County Sheriff's Office says thieves are targeting unlocked vehicles, stealing cars if they can or taking items inside.
