Evelyn Blake was last seen July 21 in the 400 block of Old Railroad Road in the McQuady area, which is southeast of Hardinsburg.

Kentucky State Police's Critical Incident Response Team is investigating the incident.

Breckinridge County Sheriff Todd Pate attended his first fiscal court meeting Monday morning.

The charges stem from a March 8 incident in which police say Pate was driving a vehicle while intoxicated, at nearly twice the legal limit.
