The grand jury on Monday returned a "no true bill" on sodomy charges presented against Brian Bailey, three years after an investigation began.

Brian Bailey is accused of coercing women into serving as confidential informants, and sexually assaulting them.

Four women working as confidential informants have publicly accused former detective Brian Bailey of sending explicit photos and forcing them to engage in sexual acts under the threat of criminal charges.

Police "knew as early as 2016 and did nothing" an attorney for two of the women said during a hearing last week. 

Attorneys have raised flags about Detective Brian Bailey’s use of confidential informants, accusing him in court of relying on “boilerplate” affidavits and using false information.
