Like many around the country, White River Township Fire Chief Jeremy Pell was moved by the story of "Roadie," a dog found with a heartbreaking note from her owner.

Police arrested Mark Ray, 30, on Texlyn Court on Thursday, Nov. 21. 

The homeowners say they're glad "Zeus" was saved, even if their home couldn't be.
