Strangers flocked to Indiana University's campus in Bloomington to look for any trace of what might have happened to the New York native.

Bloomington Police said she was headed home on June 3, 2011 but never got to her apartment at the intersection of West Ninth Street and North College Avenue.

Lauren Spierer, a student of Indiana University, went missing in 2011 from Bloomington, Indiana after a night out with friends.
