A Hardin County man was arrested after allegedly killing his mother Friday afternoon at a nursing home.

Jessica Huffman is no longer employed by Clark County Government, Auditor Danny Yost confirmed to WDRB News Thursday night.

The bank reimbursed the elderly woman for the funds, and sustained a financial loss of $9,990. 

There is no word on what led investigators to file for the warrants. 

Court records show pediatrician Stephanie Russell had tried for more than two years to have her ex-husband killed.
