Timothy Garmany, 35, was indicted on Nov. 20 by a Jefferson County grand jury.

Investigators determined the man was shot shortly prior to his arrival in the 1000 block of South 28th Street, near West Kentucky Street.

When officers arrived on scene, they found a man in his 30's with "multiple gunshot wounds to his torso area."

The man apparently couldn't fit the box in his car so he left it in the parking lot and took off.
