Marc Hibel pleaded guilty in Jefferson Circuit Court to two counts of criminal trespassing and wanton endangerment, with a proposed plea of three years in prison that instead be probated for 5 years. He is also pleading guilty to a new charge of possession of a controlled substance, LSD.
According to the arrest citation, 26-year-old Yav Mwandapeke tried to walk out of the jail through the intake/search area.
According to an arrest report, Hal Mumme was taken into custody by officers with the Lexington Police Department early Friday morning.
She says he made a sexual reference, before telling her he was armed.
