Patients in the Louisville area are waiting hours to be seen by doctors at area urgent cares centers and hospitals -- and some are just giving up.

UofL Health says emergency rooms across the country see around 85,000 injuries each year.

The agency says it currently has less than a two-day supply of the blood.
