A few dozen people gathered outside Metro Hall downtown Friday afternoon holding signs saying "choose life" and "end the buffer zone."

LMPD will begin enforcing an ordinance at EMW Women's Clinic, which provides a buffer zone for people entering and exiting the facility.

At the same time, the judge refused to dismiss the lawsuit by Sisters of the Poor, Inc., giving them a second chance to make their case.
