The driver of the stolen Chevy Traverse has been charged with murder.

Corey Withrow has been arrested on multiple charges, including reckless homicide, operating while intoxicated causing death and operating while intoxicated causing serious bodily injury.

They say someone left 19-year-old Andrew Talbott to die.
