The retail pet store operates 58 locations under Feeders Pet Supply and Chow Hound Pet Supplies across six different states.
Funds will be raised through baskets up for a raffle and vendor booths.
The event is scheduled for 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on July 17 at the Feeders Supply store on Breckinridge Lane in Hikes Point.
The nonprofit said it was prompted to create the program after receiving calls from Floyd County residents struggling to buy food for their pets after being laid off.
All 24 Feeders Supply stores will host the event to benefit homeless pets.
